If you disagree with the mark awarded in the final assessment and in accordance with the provisions of Article 45 of the Orde do 12 de xullo de 2011 under the regulations governing the progress, assessment and academic accreditation of students on initial vocational training courses, an appeal may be lodged with the school management. To do so, the following documentation must be submitted to the school office:
The complaint form, based on the template available for download, in which you must specify one of the following reasons:
The assessment carried out as a result of the pupils’ learning process was not in line with the objectives, content, assessment criteria and level set out in the relevant teaching plan.
The assessment procedures and tools used were inadequate, as indicated in the teaching programme.
The assessment criteria set out in the teaching programme for passing the modules were not applied correctly.
Please enclose a copy of your tax identification number (NIF), foreigner identification number (DOI) or passport with the claim form.
The deadline for lodging an appeal is 2 working days from the date on which the final result is notified.
